1. Candidate should visit the Work site and conduct Quantity survey / inspection and must have estimation skills for the Civil & MEP works for the shop fit out jobs.
2. Make initial drawings and BOQ
3. They should be able to coordinate the complete process of the shop fit out jobs including the authority approval charges if applicable.
4.Ensure the quality of work and timely completion of the works.
Candidates should be Civ holder preferably. The candidate should be available in Dubai or any emirates in UAE and willing to join the Company immediately. UAE driving license preferred but not compulsory. Minimum 3-5 years UAE Experience in the Interior Fit out field.
