Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field preferred
· Experience 2-5 years at an administrative a coordinator level
· Highly organized
· Fluency in both spoken and written English
Responsibilities include:
· Marketing strategy creation and implementation of 360 degree marketing plans related to company events and relevant business units– planning, sourcing, implementation and reporting
· Cradle to grave Event Management – planning, budgeting, supplier negotiations, booking, coordinating logistics, creatives and overall event delivery
· Handle individual event budgets, with focus on delivering high quality leads and generating pipeline, while maximizing the return on investment of each event
· PR – Media contact management, conte creation and distribution. Serve as the point of contact between brand and Agencies (PR & Advertising) to establish effective relationships to devise and maximize publicity
· Oversee asset creation - promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and develop action plans for the company.
· Analyze and report campaign and marketing activities data
· Responsible for updating and maintaining the photo and video archives
· Maintaining an up-to-date client and media list within the organizational database
· Manage newsletters and oversee company social media pages in coordination with the Social Media Executive
· Topline website content management and updates
· Other tasks as per assigned by the Line Manager
