We are looking for a Executive Manager to manage construction company and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction
· Leading the development and implementation of the overall organisation’s strategy.
· Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors
· Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
· Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans
· Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals
· Develop company wide reports on progress
· Give constructive criticism to managers
· Ensure that the company budget is being met
· Implement company wide procedures
· Ensure that the company is meeting its goals
· Develop long term goals for the company.
