The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise contractors and maintenance teams, prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational reports, monitor service quality, manage vendor contracts and procurement, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, resolve facility-related issues, and maintain high standards of property operations and customer satisfaction.
