Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and presentable Female Customer Service & Cashier to join our team. The employee will handle customer payments, maintain accurate cash records, hand over daily collections to the accountant, and provide professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
* Receive cash and other payments from customers.
* Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
* Count and verify daily cash collections.
* Hand over collected cash and payment records to the accountant.
* Coordinate with the accountant regarding daily sales and payments.
* Answer customer questions and provide information about our services and prices.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
* Assist customers with their service requirements and bookings.
* Maintain a clean and organized recepti area.
* Perform basic administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* Female candidate.
* Candidate with own visa is prefferd (if doesnt have own visa we will make it ).
* Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or customer service employee is preferred.
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of cash handling and simple calculations.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
* Friendly attitude and good customer service skills.
* Able to work in a busy environment.
* Nepalese, Filipino, and Pakistani candidates are preferred.
