Sales Executive
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our exclusive range of hairbrushes and hair care products, maximizing client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and stylists across the UAE.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to boost product visibility and sales.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company’s products.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven sales experience, specifically in the beauty industry.
In-depth knowledge of hair care products, and understanding of the needs and preferences of consumers in this market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
