Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, gate barriers, public address systems, and smart systems.
Perform structured cabling, cable termination, and network troubleshooting.
Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after installation.
Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety procedures.
Prepare service reports and doentation after each site visit.
Coordinate with the technical team and project supervisors regarding project progress.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
Experience in low-current systems and IT solutions is preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and structured cabling.
SIRA License is an advantage.
UAE Driving License is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and willing to travel to different project locations.
Preferred Nationality
Filipino nationality is preferred.
