Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the packing area, scaling and display area at all times. Maintain good personal hygiene standards. Clean, cut and repack of fresh food Items as per the customer and display requirement. Pack all fruits & vegetable and other fresh items as per the set guidelines in a professional manner. Prepare items for defrosting and repack defrosted items in suitable containers. Refilling of ice on the display table Prepare packaging materials and make bags using laminated roll paper. Always weigh the quantity accurately prior to packing. Pack all fresh food items as per the set guidelines in a professional manner. Deliver completed items to handover them to the merchandiser. Follow first in- first out rule while packing and displaying items. Follow the food & hygiene policies as per guidelines of HACCP, SOP and municipality guidelines.
