Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily F&B operations in a milita catering environment. The role involves staff supervision, service quality, hygiene, safety, and smooth catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B operations and staff.
Prepare duty schedules and coordinate team activities.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Coordinate military and high-volume catering services.
Handle customer concerns and operational issues.
Monitor stock, reduce wastage, and support cost control.
Train and guide staff to maintain discipline and service excellence.
Requirements
2–3 years of F&B Supervisor experience in milita catering operations is required.
Arabic nationality required.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory control.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
Hospitali qualification is an advantage.
