We are looking for a passionate and skillful Foreman who has an excellent track record of minimum 2 years in the field of General Maintenance.
Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractor’s, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
prepare reports as required
resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Supervise staff works.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
A driver's license.
Knowledge in General Maintenance
Experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of construction
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Superb project management skills.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
