-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop strategic sales initiatives.
-Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
-Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales forecasts, client information, and pipeline activity.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
