Job Description
•Oversee all aspects of apparel production, from design and development through to final delivery
•Monitor trends and developments in the fashion industry to ensure that products remain current
•Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible prices and lead times
•Liaise with designers, pattern-makers, technical designers, and garment engineers to ensure that products are developed in accordance with specifications
•Manage the budget for each production cycle, ensuring that costs are controlled
•Plan and oversee the logistics of transportation and distribution for finished products
•Keep abreast of new technologies and methods of production to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry
•Write reports and present findings to senior management on a regular basis
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, merchandising, or related field
•3+ years’ experience in apparel production management, with a strong understanding of the garment manufacturing process
•Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
•Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
•Strong attention to detail
•Controlling of whole production employs
•Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
•Fluent English, additional languages will be a plus.
•Experience sourcing fabric and materials for garments
Salary Range
Salary: (Negotiable as per experience) + Good Incentives
