Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Picker to join our aftersales and logistics team. In this role, you will manage spare parts inventories, fulfill technical parts requests for commercial vehicles, and ensure our workshop and external clients receive the right MAN components on time.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing: Accurately select, verify, and pack MAN truck and bus spare parts according to order sheets and workshop requisitions.
Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock counts, log inventory movements, and assist with periodic warehouse audits.
Parts Identification: Read technical parts catalogs, cross-reference part numbers, and verify specifications to ensure item accuracy.
Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and organize stock in designated bin locations.
Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following international safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a spare parts warehouse, ideally within commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or the automotive industry.
Parts Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy tru spare parts and components (prior experience with MAN parts is a strong plus).
Inventory Skills: Proven track record in inventory management, bin location systems, and basic stock-keeping principles.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read parts catalogs, use Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), or navigate warehouse management systems (WMS).
Language & Physical Ability: Functional English communication skills; physically fit to handle warehouse lifting and stock organization.
Location: Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC are preferred.
