We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to assist with daily production and workshop activities. The candidate will support skilled workers in loading and unloading materials, preparing workpieces, cleaning equipment and work areas, handling tools, and performing general labor tasks while following company safety procedures.
Assist technicians, painters, sandblasters, and powder coating operators with daily tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials and finished products safely.
Prepare materials for production, including cleaning, masking, hanging, and packing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
Assist in material handling, lifting, and transportation within the facility.
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Wear the required PPE and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
