•Manage and maintain dept. budget
•Good experience with hotel & other government / semi government entities
•Understands client's needs & requirements.
•Knowledge of handling, planning & develop to generate business
•Handling & managing Profit & Loss Statement (P&L)
•Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.
•Degree in hotel management is preferred.
•At least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry
•Must have 5 years of experience working as a General Manager for star hotels in Dubai.
•Good star hotels knowledge and relation.
•Experience in handling F&B and Clubs is essential.
