A well-established nursery group in Abu Dhabi, with over a decade of successful operation, is seeking a Head of Growth & Expansion to lead its upcoming expansion into Dubai and beyond.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading the launch of new branches, beginning with a flagship in Dubai
Overseeing rebranding and marketing efforts to drive enrollment and visibility
Optimizing the performance and reputation of the existing nursery
Recruiting key staff and setting up scalable systems for future growth
Reporting directly to the ownership group with clear KPIs and progress metrics
Ideal Profile
strong experience in business development, education management, franchising, or growth strategy
Hands-on experience opening new locations and leading brand strategy
Deep understanding of UAE nurse regulations (ADEK, KHDA)
Strong leadership, marketing instincts, and execution ability
Arabic a plus but not essential
What You’ll Achieve
Dubai branch launched and operational within 12–18 months
Brand repositioned and enrollment increased at existing site
Operational and team systems in place for future branches
Full-time Position
Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi — depending on the candidate’s base.
The role requires regular travel between both cities as part of expansion and oversight responsibilities
