Job Description

Lead and manage the travel sales team, setting clear goals and providing continuous training to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets in the Gulf region.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.


Candidate Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Gulf region's travel market, including key destinations, cultural nuances, and travel trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving organizational goals.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering personalized and memorable travel experiences for clients.
