• Attending to all the guests and their requirements. Also, ensure we exceed guests' expectations and make their stay memorable with us.
• Exceptional etiquette and impeccable work ethic
• Ability to independently supervise and support the backend staff [Housekeeping, Kitchen staff, bartender] whenever required
• Be the first line of support for all operational and maintenance-related matters
• Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English language and must know at least one of the following 3 languages
o German
o French
o Spanish
• Flexible to commit long hours shifts during the guest stay
Preference:
• Dubai based
. Hospitality gradua holder or at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
. Experienced as a hostess in 5* hotel or as a cabin crew
• Experienced Bartender, preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Offer:
• Basic Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000 Per month
• Accommodation
• Performance-Based Bonus: 1 multiple of Basic Salary during property occupancy on a pro-rata basis at the management's discretion.
• Air Ticket: Air ticket to home country on the completion of every year
• Employment Contract: Full time
