Job Description
The Hostess is responsible to welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
One of the most important skills is the ability to connect & respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
Gather guest’s feedback and recommend areas of improvements.
Gathering database of the Guests.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in Restaurant or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Multi tasking
• Ability to handle conflicts
• Flexibility
• Team work
• Self motivated
• Well groomed
Basic MS Office, Internet Knowledge & Experience
Salary AED 2000 to 3000 (Negotiable) Plus Food & Accommodation
Willing to join immediately
English & Hindi Speaking
Indian / Nepalese Nationality
