confidentiality. Collaborated with the quality Control Supervisor in preparing the doentation for 3 ISO audits -9001:2015, 14001:2015 and
45001:2018 which involved conducting internal audits, reviewing and updating the doentation. Collaborated with the HRBP to streamline HR processes and enhance compliance by conducting a comprehensive review and revision
of 15 essential HR doents, including appointment letters, termination letter, warning letters, HRA release letters etc in order to
ensure standardization of these doents across all our entities. Displayed proficiency in drafting and administering critical HR doentation, including offer letters, salary certificates, salary

Implemented and managed a comprehensive employee opinion survey by ensuring active participation by all the employees ensuring
