Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting the HR team to ensure smooth HR processes in a high-volume worker environment. Handling employee queries, performing clerical duties, managing time efficiently, maintaining sensitivity with confidential matters, and showing eagerness to learn all aspects of HR.
Responsibilities:
•Attend employees reporting to the HR Office at the Labour Camp and assist with general HR queries
•Receive and record doents submitted by employees
•Facilitate employee signatures on HR-related doents, including but not limited to:
oLabour contract renewals
oVisa cancellation forms
oFinal settlement drafts
•Distribute doents to employees such as Company ID Cards, EID, and ATM Cards
•Support employees with basic ba queries
•Call employees for follow-ups and send doents via email
•Update and maintain data in HRMS and generate reports as required
•Coordinate with HR Coordinators and Operations for onboarding, offboarding, Work Permit, and Residence Permit renewals
•Assist in booking repatriation air tickets
•Support general HR administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality
•Provide support or back-up for team members during their leave
•Be willing to relocate within the UAE when required
Requirements (Criteria):
•High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
•Basic to intermediate English and Hindi
•MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large number of employees in a worker-heavy company
•Must be available outside normal shift schedules and accessible by phone for emergency response
