As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the various functions including administrative procedures and recruitment, leavers joiners administration liaison with the various departments maintaining and producing reports and records Your role requires you to adhere to policies and procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department and will include key responsibilities such as;-Assisting Manager in the HR functions & responsibilities.Initiate and process employee requisitions visas onboarding that includes mandatory insurance request Bank Account assistance retention and exit process Employee life cycle management This includes liaising with Recruitment Agents internal and external stakeholders etc.Develop and maintain confidential doents employee files and databases.Coordinate and conduct departmental mandatory training and conduct the Human Resources Orientation for new hires.Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.Issuing all employee doents such as salary transfer letters salary certificates service certificates NOC s etcMonitor the work of PRO and update the database of visas and legal matters.Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.Back-to-Back with other coordinators and act as a replacement as and when required.
Requirements Should have a university degree in a related discipline with preferable experience within the same role.You must be analytical, computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system, and fluent in English and Hindi.Expert in Knowledge in preparing company policiesMinimum 3 years experience in UAE & Labour Laws (Mandatory)Immediately available candidates will be preferred for this role.Teamwork, adaptability, understanding of differences, Empathy, etc are added on.
