The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle . From talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience, this role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle HR processes while supporting the organization's people strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and talent pipeline.
Conduct structured interviews and coordinate assessment processes for mid to senior-level roles.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, and role expectations.
Manage separation processes including exit interviews, doentation, and full-and-final settlements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Maintain healthy relationships between employees and management through open communication channels.
Performance Management
Coordinate and administer the performance appraisal cycle — goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
Support managers in drafting performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development goals.
Maintain performance records and generate analytical reports for leadership review.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and tracking of probationary periods.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in HR is preferred.
4+ years of progressive experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office — especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
