Rajha Real Estate Brokers LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate positions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms, oversee onboarding activities, maintain employee records and HR doentation, monitor leave records, support employee relations, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, and assist in daily HR operations and reporting.

a. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
b. Mandatory experience in real estate recruitment within Dubai.
c. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitme portals.
d. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR operations.
e. Good understanding of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
f. Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
g. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR doentation.
