Qualifications:
Should have 2-3 years of JAFZA Experience
HR Roles:
Preparing and posting job adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process and conducting of per-employment tests required.
Responsible for all joining formalities of new employees and Induction & orientation for all new joiners.
Renewal of Workmen Compensation Insurance,Group Medical Insurance ,Motor Insurance and recovery of claims.
To ensure all doents of staff are renewed and valid all the times during the employment such as employment contracts,Residence Permit,.
Responsible for the accurate and updated maintenance of all employees’ data and retrieving whenever required.
Generating different types of reports like working hours, salary progression and absenteeism etc
Responsible for the safe keeping and on time renewals of the below company’s legal doents;OFC,Custom Representative Cards.License Renewal
To ensure continuous compliance with UAE Govt’s regulatory authorities rules and regulations, i.e. EHS, JAFZA, DM CED etc. Whenever required involve Admin Manager in settling certain high level issue with Govt Authorities.
To ensure annual renewal of Fire Alarm System, Fire Drill, Fire Fighting Training and First Aid Training.
Coordinate with Internal Auditor and Accounts for Payroll.
Responsible for overseeing Health, safety and Environmental compliance within the company.
Conduct routine inspection of the company premises to identify potential health, safety, environmental hazards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses or any other related incidents to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
Maintain records of Accidents, incidents and HSE Inspections.
Conducts Fire Mock drill and chemical spillage drills periodically to ensure preparedness for potential crises or disasters.
