Position Title: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

•Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys, ensuring it remains updated.
•Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
•Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
•Utilize performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
•Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
•Maintain organization charts and employee directories.
•Collaborate with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.
•Maintain HR systems and processes.
•Conduct performance and salary reviews.
•Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
•Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
