Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Maintain and manage employee records according to legal and company standards.
- Handle visa processes, labor contracts, and liaise with government authorities (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, etc.).
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Develop training programs and employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports for management and support audits.
- Work closely with finance on payroll management, benefits, and employee compensation structures.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly.
- Coordinate cross-cultural communication between Chinese-speaking teams and international staff.
- Support HR aspects of company expansion, including license renewals, quota applications, and new office setups if necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role (preferably in the fintech, financial services, or technology sector).
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
