Responsibilities:
•Manage daily HR operations ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes.
•Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
•Oversee onboarding processes for new hires.
•Foster positive employee relations and address any grievances effectively.
•Manage leave and attendance records efficiently.
•Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
•Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity.
•Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
•Handle disciplinary actions and grievances professionally.
•Provide support to the PRO team in visa processes.
Requirements:
•Immediate availability to join.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management.
•Experience in the construction, fit-out, precast or facilities management industry is preferred.
•Possession of a valid driving license.
•HR certifications are advantageous.
•Good communication skills in English, Hindi or Urdu (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
•Salary: Up to AED 18,000
