Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various roles across multiple industries. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated and eager to grow within the recruitment field.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand specific hiring requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet monthly hiring targets.
Handle recruitment paperwork and ensure compliance with all legal and visa-related requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year in recruitment or a related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruitment tools and techniques is preferred.
Preferred Nationalities:
Candidates from Kerala & Tamil Nadu (India), Nepal, and the Philippines are encouraged to apply.
