Laffan Technical Service is hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a long-term Oil & Gas project in Dukhan, Qatar. The selected candidate will implement health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments, monitor compliance with HSE regulations, support permit-to-work activities, investigate incidents, prepare HSE reports, conduct toolbox talks and safety training, ensure adherence to project safety standards, and promote a strong safety culture across the worksite.

a. EPTW QE Approval is mandatory.
b. Minimum 10+ years of Oil & Gas field experience.
