What's an iSC Community?
The iSC Community is a student-run organization for students looking to study abroad. It is one of the fastest-growing international communities of study abroad aspirants today, with over 10000 members across 15 cities. We are growing every day, with the aim to help students get all the information they need to efficiently go study abroad.
Please note - This is an "UNPAID" internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Any good team needs people, and for these people to be motivated.
That's where you come in to ensure that the team has enough resources to manage their workload and that they feel good about doing the work they do.
Record and maintain a database of all community working members
Identify and onboard new team members for the community
Support the community team members through motivational campaigns and team-building activities
Develop and follow clear HR protocols for community members to abide by.
Qualifications and skills required:
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of recruiting
Organizational skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
