We are hiring SITE ENGINEER with UAE experience in HVAC jobs.
Must have experience in MEP works, Cladding ,Duct installation and fitting various HVAC equipments.
Duties and responsibilities:
1) Able to do accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from MEP drawings, technical drawings using AutoCad software or similar.
2) Project management and supervision skills: responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work.
3) Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings. Risk Assessment and method of statement and site induction papers
4) Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales and must see to it that health and safety policies are adhered to.
5) Responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors and overall project management. Must Supervise onsite technical staff.
Having a UAE driving license is a plus.
The position is urgent and can work immediately.
