Paswi Group is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for infrastructure and electrical projects in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will supervise electrical installation activities, assign daily tasks to electricians and technicians, ensure work is completed according to project specifications, monitor productivity and quality, inspect electrical installations, coordinate with engineers and project supervisors, enforce health and safety regulations, maintain site doentation, manage materials and equipment, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

a. or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
b. Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman in infrastructure or electrical projects.
c. 'C' License is preferred.
d. Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and site supervision.
e. Ability to lead electricians and coordinate daily work activities.
f. Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
g. Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
