Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of AC units to ensure optimal performance.
Repairing or replacing faulty components and parts.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
Assisting with the training and mentorship of junior technicians.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
Valid certification or license in HVAC.
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
