Role – Customer Manager – Customer Service Experience –1 to 3 years
Job Description - Customer Manager
1. Exploring potential customers and maintaining existing customers to inform a product or service
2: Answering questions about products or the company by social media
3. Basic computer literature is needed, and typing speed per minute is requested, as well as, you have to report your sales results before off time daily
4. Provide issues management and crisis communications support when required
5. Develop and drive the execution of multiple business plans and campaigns for internal communications.
6. Identify and implement new and innovative communication ideas.
7. Looking for sales opportunities and complete sales performance
8. Recommend to management any updates to company policies
9. Have business acumen for understanding of the organization business operation.
10. Demonstrate interpersonal skills in interaction with various functions of the organization.
Requirements
1: Candidates must be self-motivated, self-study ability and high enthusiasm for this position
2. Importantly, Maintain customer relationship, and strong pressure resistance
3. Constantly improve the sense of service satisfaction and achieve development of customer goals
4. Holding Dubai Work Permit at least
5. Work time: 9am-7pm (Dubai Time) Plus+ Lunch time: 1 hour
6. Location: Next to Dubai Mall
7. UAE2500 Basic Salary + UAE 1000-8000 Performance + Meal Allowance
8. Language: Fluency in English and Hindi
9. Age: 20-30 old and below; Nationality: Indian
