Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visiting
3.Set up meetings with current and potential clients, listen to their requests and concerns, to determine their needs.
4.Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
5.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
6.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
7.Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
8.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
9.Negotia deals and handle complaints or objections.
10.Maintaining accurate records
11.working towards monthly or annual targets
12.Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
13.Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
14.Prepare and submit all required doents, submittals, certificates, tests , compliance and prequalification for client sites
Requirements
1.Experience in Sales (plastic products, building materials….) most preferable.
2.Competency in English
3.Knowledge of MS Office software ERP and CRM software
4.Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
5.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
6.Ability to create and deliver presentations.
7.Fast learner and quick thinker
8.Passionate about sales
9.Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
10.Organizing and attending site visits for new projects Qualification & Experience.
11.Strong communication skill includes both verbal & written - Proven experience as a Sales Executive
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.Three to five years of sales experience in plastic manufacturing industry, especially in products related construction purpose especially plastic sheets and all related productsGender: Male / femaleA full driving license.
