Job Title: Tele Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce and promote the company's travel and tourism packages.
Explain offers, promotions, and holiday packages clearly.
Schedule appointments for interested clients.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM systems).
Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
