Key Responsibilities
•Sales Development:
Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets by identifying new opportunities within Project and MRO requirements.
•Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
•Technical Expertise:
Provide technical advice and support for product applications, ensuring optimal solutions for customer requirements.
•Client Registration & Acquisition:
Conduct client visits to secure new business, facilitate registration processes, and drive business acquisition.
•Sales Presentations:
Deliver impactful presentations to showcase product benefits, technical capabilities, and system solutions.
•Negotiation & Closure:
Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to achieve mutual satisfaction and compliance with client needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related mechanical engineering field.
Experience: 2-3 years in sales of process instrumentation and bulk materials solutions, including Project and MRO requirements.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of process instrumentation and control systems.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and closing sales.
Client Management: Ability to build strong client relationships and manage long-term partnerships.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with sales presentations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Travel: Willing to travel for client visits and site inspections.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
