Position: Receptionist & Vehicle Damage Estimator (Insurance Estimator)
Responsibilities:•Receiving customers and assisting them professionally•Inspecting vehicle damage after accidents•Preparing damage reports and submitting them to insurance companies•Following up on approvals and procedures with insurance companies•Data entry and using the garage’s computer systems
Requirements:•5–10 years of experience in car accidents and insurance work•Previous experience as an Insurance Estimator or Vehicle Damage Inspector•Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)•Proficient in computer use and office software•Good appearance and customer interaction skills
Experience in the UAE is preferred.
