Key Responsibilities
* Interpret design sketches, measurements, and technical specifications.
* Create, modify, and grade patterns as required.
* Measure, mark, and cut fabrics accurately for samples and production.
* Ensure efficient fabric utilization while minimizing waste.
* Work closely with designers, tailors, and embroidery teams throughout the production process.
* Conduct fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments.
* Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all garments.
* Inspect cut pieces before sewing to maintain quality standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient cutting area.
* Support sample development and bulk production.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter.
* UAE experience is mandatory.
* Proven experience in abayas, couture, evening wear, or luxury fashion.
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric behavior.
* Ability to work with delicate and premium fabrics.
* Excellent attention to detail and precision.
* Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
