Ensure completeness of doents and drawings required for the tender Study all aspects related to the tender
Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works
Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation of all doents according to the procedures for tender submission
Send out inquiries for pricing
Addressing queries to the consultant for the clarification of any ambiguiti on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
Conduct pre-tender site visits
Prepare rate built-up of rates and prices for review by Senior
Update pricing database and monitor productivity and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
Prepare bid summaries with technical and price comparison.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position with a Fit-Out background
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
