Internship: Community Manager & Social Media Associate

Location: Dubai
Stipend: AED1,500 - 2,000 per month
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 6-8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement:
- Monitor and manage community channels across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord).
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with community members, encouraging discussions and participation.

2. Content Creation & Curation:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content, including posts, stories, and updates.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop ideas for social media campaigns that align with our brand values.
- Curate user-generated content to highlight and showcase our vibrant community.

3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media channels.
- Prepare weekly reports on community engagement, social media growth, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving our social media strategy based on data.

4. Brand Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of the brand in online communities, embodying our values and tone.
- Identify and engage with influencers, ambassadors, and potential brand advocates.
- Help manage and coordinate community events or virtual meetups.

5. Social Media Strategy:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in the execution of paid social media campaigns as needed.

6. Requirements:
- Passion for social media, community building, and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Prior experience in community management or social media (even personal projects) is a plus.
