Job Description

Qatar Charity is looking for a skilled Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves coordinating internal audit activities across departments, collecting doents and evidence, preparing draft audit reports, and following up on corrective actions. The coordinator will assist the audit team during fieldwork, maintain audit doentation, and ensure compliance with auditing standards and organizational policies.

Candidate Requirements

a. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
b. 3-5 years of experience in internal or external audit, or in control and governance
c. Solid knowledge of auditing principles and standards (e.g., IIA Standards)
d. Familiarity with financial, operational, and control procedures
e. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Audit Management Systems
f. Professional certifications (CIA Part 1, CFE, or equivalent) preferred
g. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
