Increase accuracy of Inventory Levels in the company Performs Inventory Control measures in Stores and Warehouse Execute physical count across stores and warehouse Performs shrinkage calculation Calculation Inventory Aging and Provision Calculation Oversee all aspects of stock process and monitor the agreed processes, highlighting all defects Assist in the implementation of common systems and processes relating to stock control & inventory management. Determine staffing requirements for the department; interviewing, hiring and managing performance. Review and enhance operational policies and procedures for the Supply Chain function. Develop a divisional stock control process to ensure total accurate visibility of stocks at all times for all Senior Brand Managers and associated systems. Processing the GRNs and GDNs in the system Reporting the outstanding GRN,GDN, and IBTs to the related parties Coordinate with the IT for solving the pending IT-SC issues Produce the weekly trading summary by brands Produce the stock-take results and shrinkage reports Review the outstanding transaction for the purpose of producing the stock-take results. Supply an accurate numbers of sales , cost of sales & stock on hand to financial system Provide both external and internal audit requirement
