a. 3–4 years of recruitment or manpower consultancy experience in Qatar.
b. 6–7 years of total professional experience, including hands-on IT recruitment experience.
c. Proven experience in executive and white-collar recruitment.
d. Government or semi-government recruitment experience is highly preferred.
e. Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, and professional networking.
f. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
g. Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
h. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
i. Must be available to work on-site in Doha, Qatar.
