Job Overview:
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities in the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business by selling our IT products and services, including software solutions, hardware, cloud services, and managed IT services. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in IT sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, offering competitive commission rates with no cap on earnings. The more you sell, the more you earn.
