Position: Joinery & Fit out Estimator

We are looking to hire joinery & fit out Estimator within the UAE with proven experience as an estimator in interior fit out and joinery.
Responsibilities for Estimator:
· The Estimator is responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works.
· Applicant must have the foundation knowledge in woods and quantity surveying.
· Responsible for the estimation process. Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
· Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
· Prepares & Submission of BOM & BOQ
· Responsible for liaising with customers to understand their requirement and produce competitive and negotiated quotations.
· Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
· Produce CAD drawings and project manage to ensure on time delivery
· Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
· Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
· Maintains cost data base
· Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost
· Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.
· Attending site surveys when required.
· Must-Have: knowledge in AutoCad /Revit
· Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
· Coordinate with the suppliers to get the competitive price for the material.
· Coordination with the production team regarding the approved samples, materials, CVI's of the client relevant to cost variations.
