· Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including Labour force and quality control Supervisor for Fitout works.
· Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
· Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
· Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
· Material and manpower planning and management
· Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
· Responsible for all joinery fit outs
· Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
· Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
· Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
· Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
· Site protecti work environment to be monitored.
