You will assist the Sous Chef in daily operations, ensuring consistent food quality and efficient service for our VIP members. The role requires a hands-on approach to food preparation and the ability to supervise junior kitchen staff. You will play a key role in maintaining the ultra-luxury standards of the Lotus Floors.
