Talent Arabia is hiring an L2 Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Specialist for a client in Oman within the Education and Information Technology sector. The selected candidate will administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune, manage Windows Server and virtualization environments, provide network infrastructure support, troubleshoot wireless and VPN issues, oversee backup management and infrastructure operations, perform advanced root cause analysis, and resolve complex Level 2 technical incidents.

a. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 support.
b. Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
c. Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments.
d. Strong background in network infrastructure support, including wireless and VPN troubleshooting.
e. Mandatory experience in backup management and infrastructure operations.
